Rodrigo Nalio Ramos

Nosso grupo investiga o microambiente tumoral com foco no papel das células do sistema imune, como macrófagos e linfócitos T. Utilizando técnicas de transcriptoma espacial, citometria multiparamétrica e ensaios funcionais ex-vivo nosso intuito é estabelecer, em uma perspectiva espaço-tempo, qual é a localização geo-espacial e as características fenotípicas e moleculares dessas células imunes em diferentes tumores sólidos e hematológicos. Tais projetos contam com uma estreita colaboração com médicos hematologistas e patologistas e com um grupo multidisciplinar de pesquisadores e estudantes implicados em revelar novos alvos terapêuticos para o tratamento do câncer.
