Renata J. Moll Bernardes

Nossa equipe atua em projetos de pesquisa na área de Cardiologia com ênfase em imagem cardiovascular, cardio-oncologia e medicina translacional.  Contando com uma equipe multidisciplinar e parcerias com importantes instituições de pesquisa, nossas principais linhas de pesquisa incluem a utilização da ressonância magnética (RM) como biomarcador precoce de fibrose intersticial difusa através do mapeamento T1 em modelos de doenças cardíacas, como doença de Chagas e cardiopatias congênitas; estudos de cardiotoxicidade com ecocardiografia/strain, RM e criação de modelo celular com cardiomiócitos derivados de células-tronco pluripotenciais; além de projetos translacionais nas áreas de cardio-imunologia e genética. Atualmente, atuo como pesquisadora e professora da pós-graduação do IDOR e também Teaching Fellow no PPCR em Harvard.
